Shipping policy

A third-party freight company is used for delivery.  For all freight orders (only), a local dispatcher will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time window.  Our delivery to porch / garage shipping option does not include steps, set-up, or disposal of materials.  Standard delivery includes lift-gate service and drop-off at the end of your driveway.

Tracking information will be provided for all freight and parcel orders.  

Dr. Dish Basketball and FlipSled are not responsible for late deliveries due to incorrect addresses, weather, or events beyond our control. Guaranteed deliveries are optional for an additional fee and can be requested by calling 952-873-2633 or emailing us at info@airborneathletics.com. 

If products are returned as a result of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs related to the return and reshipment. 

Please inspect your new product immediately upon arrival. If you have any issues with the shipping box, materials, or any other aspect of your shipment, please do not accept the shipment, and email us at info@airborneathletics.com or call us at 952-873-2633 within 24 hours.
