    How does Membership work?

    Your Membership activates upon setting up the machine for the first use, and billing occurs every 30 days from that date or according to your selected billing schedule (every 18 months or not applicable with a Lifetime Membership).  

    While the Dr. Dish Membership is not required to use your machine, it is highly recommended as it unlocks features such as "build a drill" that are pertinent to your experience.

    The Membership offers complete flexibility to change out your 5 Members as well as to cancel and restart whenever you'd like.

    What are my payment options?

    What is the shipping process?

    Standard delivery ($399) includes a convenient curbside drop-off. Shipping upgrade options are available which include either delivery to a porch/garage or white glove delivery and assembly.

    Is my set up right for a Dr. Dish?

    Dr. Dish Home is versatile and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and can fit through any standard doorway. It must be stored safely from any wet weather conditions that will cause damage to the electrical components.

    Players of all ages can use a Dr. Dish Home! Any player comfortable shooting on a 10 ft hoop can easily use the Dr. Dish Home with its adjustable net settings at 11’ 6” and 12’ .5”.

    We recommend a space at least as wide as the standard lane lines, that is mostly level to use the machine.

    How does the machine operate?

    Dr. Dish Home is a screen-free delight! Operate it seamlessly through the Dr. Dish Player App, connecting to your iOS or Android device.

    You can purchase our phone mount accessory here for improved stat visibility. 

    Wifi or good cellular service is required for the App to fully function.

    The Player App not only will operate like a remote to control your machine, but also provide you access to all of your shooting data, the ability to set and track a goal, unlock achievements and so much more.
